Margret Nellissery
Senior Analyst
Margret Nellissery is a senior analyst with the Business Renewables Centre-Canada (BRC-Canada). Her work focuses on supporting the BRC-Canada participant community through educational materials, thought leadership, and market intelligence. Since 2023, she has led BRC-Canada's research on how renewable energy projects contribute to municipal tax revenue in Alberta, making her the team's go-to expert on the topic.
Margret holds a master's degree in sustainable energy development from the University of Calgary. As a graduate student, she worked with the Government of the Northwest Territories to develop a climate adaptation inventory aimed at strengthening the territory's energy and transportation systems. She is based in Calgary.
